Brittany Purdy Angeja has been a practicing therapist for nearly 15 years and is passionate about helping people who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, and stuck in survival mode. She especially connects with highly sensitive, high-functioning individuals who may appear to be holding everything together on the outside while feeling anxious, depleted, disconnected, or overwhelmed on the inside.

Brittany specializes in nervous system regulation and somatic, body-based approaches to therapy. She helps clients better understand what happens when their nervous systems become stuck in chronic fight-or-flight, shutdown, or overwhelm. Together, they work toward creating great regulation, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of safety and connection within the body.

Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply attuned to the connection between mind and body. Brittany believes that healing isn't always about trying harder or thinking differently—it can also begin by helping the body feel safe enough to come out of survival mode. Her goal is to help clients feel calmer, more grounded, emotionally connected, and more like themselves again.
